Position reports to the Executive Director and is a member of the Leadership Team.

Will assume responsibility for the total operation of Tully Hill’s finance, insurance and support functions. Will oversee the management of patients’ and private insurance account receivables to ensure timely filing and collection of claims. Will coordinate current information on Tully Hill’s fiscal operations including financial statements, budgets and implementation, cash forecasts, contractual obligations, debt-related issues, expansion efforts and reimbursement issues. Must possess strong leadership skills and have the capacity to provide leadership in a growing organization.  Must also possess creative problem solving ability and be able to cultivate a team environment among direct reports and peers.

Team oriented individual with the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Bachelor degree in business / accounting or related field or equivalent education / experience. CPA preferred.  5+ years experience preferably in a health care setting.  5+ years previous supervisory experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong computer skills required. Strong organizational, analytical and financial skills required.

Job Title: Nursing Supervisor

Job description:  Join the team of professionals at a nationally recognized treatment facility.  Tully Hill Chemical Dependency Treatment Center, an established 50-bed inpatient rehab, detox and outpatient facility, is accepting applications for a Nursing Supervisor.  Will be responsible for the direction, provision and quality of nursing services provided to patients seeking treatment for chemical dependency.  Position reports to the Nursing Director.

Will work collaboratively with the Nursing Director to coordinate the 24-hour management of the Nursing Department. Responsibilities include overseeing and providing routine supervision of nursing staff that includes RNs, LPNs, Medical Assistants and Interns, ensuring that daily tasks are carried out in accordance with NYS OASAS regulations, CARF standards and other State and Federal regulations, participating in multidisciplinary team to ensure all aspects of patient care, providing direct patient care and providing patient education in individual and group settings, etc.

Team oriented individual with the ability to work in a fast paced environment, strong written and verbal communication skills and proficient computer skills required.  Valid NYS RN license and Associate’s degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program required.  Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree preferred.  CPR (BLS) certification required.   3+ years nursing experience required.  2+ years supervisory experience preferred. CARN certification a plus.   Demonstrable  knowledge of chemical dependency, OASAS regulations and 12 Step Philosophy a plus. Previous work experience and competency in an electronic medical record environment preferred.

Job Title: Medical Director

Job description:  Join the Leadership Team of professionals at a nationally recognized treatment facility.  Tully Hill Chemical Dependency Treatment Center, an established 50-bed inpatient rehab, detox and outpatient facility, is accepting applications for an experienced Medical Director.  Responsible for the direction, provision and quality of all medical services provided to patients seeking treatment for chemical dependency. Position reports to the Executive Director and is a valued member of the Leadership Team.

Will be responsible for developing and revising medial policies, procedures and training for routine medical care, specialized services and medical and psychiatric emergency care, and providing patient care in accordance with facility policy and in compliance with with CARF standards, NYS OASAS regulations and other State and Federal regulations.  Responsibilities included meeting with patients following admission, at discharge and as needed during treatment to provide medical care, writing admission notes, verification of orders, electronic prescription transmission, conducting or reviewing history and physical, ordering and reviewing psychiatric evaluations and reviewing lab results, writing discharge notes and summaries, screening and reporting of communicable diseases and infection, attending leadership team meetings, establishing and controlling departmental budget, and providing medical education for patients and their families.

Will also be responsible for working with utilization review staff to advocate with insurance payers for admission and continued length of stay as needed by providing solid medical documentation and conducting doc to doc  calls.  Position will require time spent on campus as well as 24×7 on call coverage.

Team oriented individual with the ability to work in a fast paced environment, strong written and verbal communication skills and strong computer skills required.  Valid NYS Physician licensure and CPR certification required.  ASAM Board Certification and Suboxone Certification required upon hire.  Minimum 5 years of education, training and/or experience in chemical dependency treatment.  Demonstrable knowledge of chemical dependency and 12-Step Philosophy required. Previous work experience and competency in an electronic medical record environment required.

Job Title: Maintenance Assistant

 

Job status: Part Time

 

Job description:  Tully Hill Chemical Dependency Treatment Center is accepting applications for a part-time Maintenance Assistant to assist in general maintenance, safety and maintaining the integrity of the building and grounds. Will perform general maintenance and repairs such as plumbing, painting, snow removal, grounds upkeep, trash removal, assist housekeeping as necessary, etc.  Approximately 20 hours / week. Evening shift (5pm – 9pm) Some off hours on-call coverage may be required.

High school diploma or GED, 2+ years experience in general maintenance and good mechanical ability. Ability to perform basic functions of all computerized systems to include Access Control, HVAC Control and Security Camera systems. Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs consistently.   Valid NYS driver license preferred.  Must possess and maintain a clean driving record.

C.D.Counselors – Evening/Weekends

Will provide supervision and care to patients seeking treatment for chemical dependency in accordance with Tully Hill policies.  May conduct lectures, supervise patient interaction with family members, facilitate groups, provide individual support, assist in admission activities, etc  CASAC-T, CASAC or other QHP preferred.   Full Time, Part Time or Per Diem.  Must be available evenings and/or weekends.

Staff Registered Nurses
Staff Registered Nurses will be responsible for coordination and administration of patient care per OASAS regulations.  Responsibilities will include nursing assessments, provide patient education in individual and group settings, assist the multidisciplinary team in development / modification of patient treatment plans, assist with admission medical assessments, conduct patient and luggage searches, provide medication education, etc.

Overnight RN
Full Time. 10pm – 8am 4 shifts/week. Some weekend availability required.

Evening RN
Full Time. 2pm – 10:30pm 5 shifts/week.  Some weekend availability required.

Day RN
Full Time. Hours between 7am – 6:30pm

Part Time / Per Diem RNs –
Days, Evenings, Overnight shifts available.  Some weekend availability required

Job description:  Join the team of professionals at a nationally recognized treatment facility.  Tully Hill Chemical Dependency Treatment Center an established 50-bed inpatient rehab, detox and outpatient facility is seeking a part- time Nurse Practitioner.  Will ensure high quality health care to patients seeking treatment for chemical dependency.   Responsible for assessing the health status of patients by eliciting health and medical history, conducting physical examinations, clinical laboratory tests, diagnosing and treating acute illness and physical conditions, counseling patients to ensure patient understanding of and compliance with therapeutic regimen.  Tuesday – Friday.  Flexible hours. Approximately 20-25 hours/week.

Job description:  Join the team of professionals at a nationally recognized treatment facility.  Tully Hill Chemical Dependency Treatment Center an established 50-bed inpatient rehab, detox and outpatient facility is accepting applications for a physician to provide medical care to patients seeking treatment for chemical dependency.  Will provide onsite and on-call medical coverage when the Medical Director has planned time off or is otherwise unable to perform his job duties.  Approximately 7 weeks per year.  Work schedule will require 20 hours/week onsite and 24/7 On Call Coverage when providing coverage.

Additional daytime hours on as needed basis Monday – Friday.  Valid NYS driver license required. Must possess and maintain a clean driving record. Company vehicle will be supplied. Demonstrable knowledge of chemical dependency and 12-Step philosophy preferred. CPR certification required upon hire.
