Effective 4/23/2020 and until further notice, due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic we cannot accept referrals for evaluation and admission of patients who have sought treatment via hospital ERs and/or who are hospitalized on a hospital unit. Such patients must wait 14 days after their ER visit or since their hospital discharge and have no COVID-19 symptoms (no fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath) before being screened and considered for treatment at Tully Hill.
Our latest policy also applies to any nursing home resident referred for treatment – he or she will have to be released from that residence and for 14 days since not residing at it, also be COVID-19 symptom free, for consideration of treatment at Tully Hill.
In addition, our policy will require all hospital and nursing home employees seeking substance use disorder treatment at Tully Hill to have had a COVID-19 test, have it be negative, and not have returned to work after having the test and obtaining its results.
Thank you for working with us and understanding the need to keep our patients and employees safe and healthy, during the COVID-19 pandemic.
