Tully Hill is accepting applications for an experience professional to join our team as Clinical Supervisor, Inpatient Services. The Clinical Supervisor, Inpatient Services will coordinate non-medical therapeutic services in partnership with the multi-disciplinary team for patients seeking inpatient treatment for substance use disorders in accordance with Tully Hill established policies and procedures, OASAS regulations and CARF standards, referral source and insurance contract requirements. Position reports to the Clinical Director.

Responsibilities include providing leadership for Inpatient clinical staff, managing and maintaining regulatory compliance, facilitating multi-disciplinary treatment planning process, crisis intervention, providing clinical presentations and patient lectures / education regarding substance use disorders, individual and group counseling, family and employer counseling, case management, clinical and administrative supervision, training and scheduling of Inpatient clinical staff, providing on call coverage.

Our goal is to hire an experienced professional who has the ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Qualified individuals must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, competency in an electronic medical record and good computer skills required. Advanced Counselor CASAC or other NYS Qualified Health Professional required. Must ensure quality, timeliness and accuracy of documentation to ensure compliance with CARF standards, NYS OASAS regulations, other applicable State and Federal regulations, referral source and insurance contract and reimbursement requirements. Demonstrable knowledge of substance use disorders, 12-Step philosophy and OASAS regulations required. 2+ years supervisory experience preferred. Previous work experience in a business model not-for-profit corporation a plus.
